The purpose of Time Trials is to establish official baseline times for swimmers, and for the team to test the equipment prior to the first dual meet, as well as to give new families the opportunity to become familiar with how the meet runs. All families are expected to assist with running Time Trials. Please note that Time Trials, Invitational meets and Blue and Gold do not count towards the volunteer work credits. We need all families to attend and work Time Trials (introduction/training to swim meets). |

Dates: Saturday, June 27, 2026 and Sunday, June 28, 2026 Meet starts at 9:00 am both days Please note: If your 8 and unders are not swimming the 50 yd Freestyle, the 25 yd Breast stroke is expected to start around 12:00 pm and the 8 and unders do not start until after 12 noon on Sunday. Warm-ups 7:45 – 8:45 am both days (All warmups will be open format)
Coach supervision is required for all swimmers. Open format (Lanes 1 & 5 = starts/sprints, one direction only) Saturday & Sunday:
During Meet:
● No swimmer will be permitted to participate in pre-meet warm-ups without the presence of a coach from their team to supervise ● Warm-up lanes will be assigned by team and included in the informational packet and posted on the pool deck. ● Lane 10 is for warm-ups and cool-downs of 13-18 year old swimmers throughout the meet. ● Swimmers must follow the directions of the lifeguards and meet officials at all times during warm-ups and while in the warm-up/cool-down lane Schedule of events: SATURDAY - Mixed Distance, Free, Breaststroke, Butterfly SUNDAY - Individual Medley, Backstroke, Freestyle

● Current USS rules will govern strokes, turns, starts, finishes, etc. ● Teams are permitted unlimited individual entries per event. ● Each participant is limited to a maximum of 4 individual events. ● All events are timed finals. ● Any behavior deemed unsafe by a Meet Marshall or Official will not be tolerated. The Head Meet Marshall has the authority to eject anyone behaving unsafely from the school grounds and 4 recommend to the meet referee that such individual be removed from further competition in the meet. Beverages: ● No alcoholic beverages or glass containers will be permitted anywhere on the school campus. Possession of alcohol will result in your team being removed from the meet. ● No smoking will be permitted anywhere on the school campus, including the parking lots. Violation of this rule will result in your team being removed from the meet. ● No pets are allowed on campus, with the exception of ADA-recognized service animals. |

The visiting team area starts at the grass area on the far side of the pool where the trees are (opposite of the entrance) and continues to the middle of the grass area up to the metal poles with flags.
Pool Rules: No glass containers allowed. No smoking allowed on the pool grounds. Please help keep your team area clean. Parking: Guests and Parking Guests are welcome. Parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Please be courteous to our neighbors. Please do NOT block driveways or park in red zones. Snack Shack: Menu The menu includes hot and cold food options, drinks, snacks, and candy.
Coaches' Meals and Meet Programs We will be providing coaches' meals for all Head, Assistant, and Junior Coaches (up to 4 meals total). We will also have 2 printed coaches' meet programs available for your team. Please pick up meal tickets and the meet programs at 5pm at the Data Desk. At that time please inform Angie at our Data Desk if you have any scratches. Ribbons Ribbons are provided for individuals placing 1 st – 6 th place for all ages per event. Relay ribbons will be awarded to 1 st and 2 nd place relay members for all ages. |

Even if your swimmer is not there on the day of the event, each family is still required to raise the required amount. The actual amount will be listed during registration of the current year. |
