Are you interested in joining a great team? The Pinole Seals Swim Club operates the pool for the city of Pinole. We hire a dynamic group of cashiers, lifeguards, and swim instructors to serve the community pool.

Returning and New Lifeguards
It is the responsibility of facility management to help its lifeguards maintain abilities, develop skills and work effectively as a team. Expect facility management to provide a pre-service evaluation, annual or preseason orientation and training, a policies and procedures manual and regular in-service training.

Lifeguard training - Dates TBD. Please feel free to find your own red cross certified course. The city of Pleasant Hill has classes offered.
Lifeguard recertification courses are not set. Feel free to locate one yourself. Currently there are openings in Pleasant Hill. Sign up HERE
** The lifeguard training fee will be 100% reimbursed after working at least half the season or 100 hours, whichever comes first. **
Cashier- Must be 14 years of age by April 5th, Starting Pay $16.50/hour
Lifeguard/Swim Instructor- Must be 15 years of age by April 1st. Starting Pay $18
Swim Team Coach- $18-30 depending on experience
