For the first week of practice, all 6 and under swimmers and 7 and 8 who are new to the Seals will practice at 5:30. Returning 7 and 8 swimmers will practice at 6 pm. Coaches will then adjust the groups based on the skill levels of the swimmers. Practice groups may also be adjusted during the season based on the swimmer's skill development.

We understand some kids participate in other sports or go on vacation.  It is ok to miss a few practices.  Just know consistency in the pool helps with improved technique and times.  If you miss any practices, those practices will not be prorated.
