We are still looking to add folks to the board this year. A Board term is a three year commitment and we have many roles that need to be filled. Interested members should submit a candidate statement by September 2, 2022 to P[email protected] . A ballot with all statements will go out the following week for a vote. We will announce the new Board members at our Awards Ceremony on Saturday September 17, 2022. Stay tuned!

ALSO we are still excepting nominations for our two special awards that the team gives out every season:

The Joann Newell Youth Service Award — this award is presented to a youth (not necessarily a swimmer) who gave exceptional time and energy to the team.

AND...

The Sandy Klobas Parent Award — this award is presented to the parent who gave exceptional time and energy to the team during the season.

If you would like to nominate someone for these awards please respond to this email and please provide a short explanation on why you think this person is deserving. The board will review the nominations and vote on them. The award will be given at the awards ceremony in September.
