Warmups for this meet are at 4:45pm with the 10 and unders going first, then 11 and up will get in at 5:00pm.  This is a VERY FULL MEET so we need to keep the speed of the meet brisk.  This means we need to be early for warmups and be ready behind the blocks for each race.
